Any idea what version of the Superhub 2 you have? I believe the Superhub 2ac is the better of the two,infact the best one out of all the Superhubs including the new Superhub 3.
It maybe an idea to pop over to Virgin Media's gaming support forum to see if anyone else is having similar issues or whether anyone could offer some advice.
