So it didn't work in DMZ mode with the xbox using port forwarding, so they got me to put the device into modem mode, disconnect everything and only connect the ps4, via ethernet, to the superhub 2.
It worked, but this meant that nothing else could be on the system. We then switched it back to router mode and it failed yet again.
They have now sent out a new superhub 2ac (i did previously have the 2) and am now waiting for that to arrive.
I now just need to think up an excuse to stop my roommate needing internet tonight so i can raid :P
