same thing happened to us. We have paid, downloaded and installed the pack for PS3 but the extra characters are not showing up at the bottom of the character list. We have completed 86% of the game so we really know what we are doing. No problems with Lego Avengers and 7 packs there but these two don't seem to work! Does anyone know more? Plus, how do we get a refund from Sony since the packs are not working???
