i just attempted to update to 4.01 , I checked the info , it said it improves performance, so I clicked next, didn't really look at the screen, went off, came back and screen is black and PS4 will not restart, tried front buttons, they beep but nothing happens, unplugged power supply, then replugged, it tried to start once, got a flash of the home screen, then it went off again, it was fine before the update, what the hell is going on with Sony.
