For anyone using the PSN store regarding topping up your account, or paying for the games via card:
This won't work correctly for the next few days.
This is due to server load. The PSVR has just launched, and it can't keep up with the high volume of orders. This happens with every new release, and it will get worse at Christmas.
Don't call support, they know the issue, they won't add more servers for payments so they can't fix it. They ask you to wait 24 hours hoping the traffic will ease off.
The only sure fire work around, is to go to Amazon and buy a prepaid card. It will give you a code after purchase (this is instantaneous) and then use that code on PSN to top up your wallet.
Any games will then use that amount instantly with no delay. I just had to do this for EVE Valkyrie.
