Corrupted Data Won't Delete

I've initialised my entire system and unfortunately nothing has happened. I've gone around the PS4 for a while and can't find any files or anything that would relate to the corrupted data. Are there any other methods? 

(I'm stupid for forgetting to add this - but it's a disc copy, if that's any help.)
