The Frontier pack was available when the game was a beta for those
to have early access.
Now the game is free to download, It would seem they have made The
frontier pack available to purchase .
This Frontier pack seems to be available to purchase only if you haven't downloaded
the free game. As by what I can see also includes the game.
As you can see in the screen shot, it says you already own The tomorrow children.
