The problem is they outsource this idiocy called support way too much. Most of them are reading cards the other half I think just sort of b.s. their way through it so you don't get irritate on the phone. Like when they told us a patch is coming forever then it never did. They have cookie cutter setups and at the end of the day they don't wanna be at work and don't really care about you as an individual.they just want to pacify you with whatever you need to hear and get you off the phone or kick you up to service to take the next ***** off 14 year olds call.
