PS4 Pro making loud "click" sounds

You can find audio of what's called the "click of death" on Wikipedia:

Note that it will sound a lot louder than the PS4 as it's from a 3.5" desktop drive. Once you have reached the point where it clicks repeatedly, it's entirely dead.
