Ah yeah I meant the game's autosave not quick save, my bad. I had noticed that this error mostly happened when the auto-saving icon would show up in the top left corner. The latest update didn't fix it, hopefully the next one will. I just load up my manual save now and save often after doing a quest, and I'm now mostly error free.
