For me this only happens with Fallout 4. I can't play the game at this point. All of my other games work without crashing however. I truly hope this issue is fixed before the holidays. In my opinion, it's the recent Sony patch for the PS4. Since that, I can't play Fallout 4 for more than 5 minutes and only about 3 minutes if I have Automatron installed. Something is conflicting there.
