I totally agree. I have Samsung ue55kd7000 4k hdr10 tv set in Gaming Mode. When playing Last of Us on my ps4 pro tv automatically switches over to and displays HDR symbol next to 2160p symbol. Yet on COD ininite warfare there is no symbol and No indication it is playing in HDR mode.
