Opening the firewall ports for Destiny may help unfortunately you can only forward ports to one system.

Some routers can handle two consoles over the same network playing the same game at once with the routers UPnP function,unfortunately there's many routers UPnP function struggle at the best of times with one console let alone two consoles.
