It's probably a bit late to try Fnac, but I guess you could give it a try.
You could try to fix the issues you have, but you seem to have several of them.
Rebuilding the database in safe mode could help with the crashes and freezing, but is unlikely to help with discs ejecting.
You can vacuum the external vents which will do no harm.
I'm not sure if there is an issue or not in how bright you perceive the blue light to be.
