Division Error code CE-34878-0

so my ps4 played the divison fine.....got the ps4 pro and now it wont get past login and says error code (ce-34878-0)
Is this a well known ps4 pro issue with the division? is it affect all pro division players or just a few? is it to do with oour save data? Cus I can play it on my pro when I use a diff user login but not my main one thats linked to all my trophies uuuurrrrgggg
