The last guardian error CE 34878-0 after backup and reset of the whole system software

i got 2 new games in the playstation store
and guess what same error 
games i got are : PROJECT CARS and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
i have the ps4 pro 

so now last guardian is not the only game that wont start 

all older games stil work even after the factory settings 

after the holliday's i'm gonna send the ps4 back to sony to check it out 
probbably i get a new one and they dont even look at the old one
