PS4 disconnects to game servers and internet. Still connected to internet. System error? Fixable?

I'm having this problem too, it only started when we got a new bt hub (the last one worked perfectly). My student flat which has talk talk also runs smoothly, it's annoying that I can't even play one online game over Christmas
