Probably this isn't the cause of crash but for me the problem is PSN-account/servers/system-updates. This morning i played two hours and the only change is my PSN status from offline to online and the NBA 2K17 don't crashed. In this holiday i'll test if a case o if work. This tuesday i'll planned to send my PS4 Pro to France, but now really i don't know to do.
