Hello! I got my PS4 a month ago, and it's been going smoothly. Games could work and everything, it was going dandy like I had no care in the world. However, I turned off my PS4 by another method (which I shouldn't have done) by pressing a button on a power outlet, forcing it to turn off (It was being unresponsive on a game). Afterwards, when I turned it on, it was doing a system restore of some kind. When it was done, everything was fine.
But when I tried livestreaming onto YouTube, it lasted for about 17 minutes until my PS4 turned off suddenly. Thinking that it was a power problem, I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. No response. I checked to see if it overheated -- and it did. I checked some other things online and it said to blow out the dust in it, so I did that. Afterwards, it turned on but everything was going super slow. Logging in would take forever and there was an option to even 'skip' the login, which was confusing. It'd take about at least a minute for the "TV &. Video" options to load up, including my games. I even tried going into settings and it'd still take a long time for it to even load.
Do I have to replace my PS4? I told some of my peers about this and they said to reset it to factory settings, but I don't think that's the case. I have my warranty in case if I do have to replace it.
