Update on mine, after last week's patch it crashed after 10 minutes (which also kicked the PS4 off the network), I was then able to play 3 or 4 hours over the next several days without any crashes, even after signing back on to PSN. So not completely fixed, but currently far more stable than it has been previously. If it continues like this I'll be OK, just need to remember to save frequently. The only times I get nervous are in the sequences where it won't let you save for a full sequence.
