PlayStation Support, Completely Useless.

Problem is that first line support sometimes are very reluctant to send cases to second and third line support. When there are licensing issues not much can be done here nor by first line support. I have had problems a couple of times and it has always been solved after a week or two as soon as first line send the case further.
