IMHO,
It's understanble not getting any help because of the holiday weekend
however it's 12/29/16 and still no help?? A company like Sony should have an outstanding customer service.
provide help & support on their products, especially the PlayStation brand.
if they are trying to compete and be ahead of Microsofts Xbox one..
"They" need to get it to together..
