Do you both get the impression that if  talks on the phone in the same mannerism as here, then that call will be a short lived affair or left hanging as already stated.

Any proof its millions, don't you think there would be a lot more Threads than there are already concerning this matter.

If you take the time to read the ToS, you will see that Sony can refuse a Card for any reason.  And  has already mentioned to you, your bank also has to authorize. 

If you have a problem using Top Up Cards then don't,  buy I've offered that solution to  many in this Forum and they have been up and running with their funds in their Accounts shortly afterwards.
