The Game Saves, saving to the Cloud is a PSN Plus feature.
In the Settings, you can tick a box that automatically sends the files to the Cloud.
If this is not clicked, then you send them to the Cloud yourself.
Looking like you did not send them automatically and never sent them yourself, so in that case, there will not be any there.
