When trying to set up my connection on Wifi, I can find the right network. However it then hangs on 'testing network environment' for a little while before asking if I want to use a proxy server. I select no, and then I am told the connection has failed. Likewise for LAN - it hangs in testing, asks about a proxy server, and then fails.
When testing my connection I can find the IP address, but I am unable to get an Internet connection. In the past this has been solved by restarting the router or restarting the PS4, but this problem is ongoing and these fixes don't appear to work any longer. All of my other devices work fine.
What can I do to resolve this issue and get my PlayStation connected again?
