Rise of the Tomb raider is giving me grief. Freezing issues galore. Patch 1.06 has not resolved this issue. Sony told me to contact Square Enix and I did. They told me to reinstall game and rebuild Data base etc which i did several times but still this problem exists. If square Enix are not trying to fix this issue then I should be refunded. Sony want an E-mail from Square Enix detailing that there is not a Fix for this at present before they decide I should be refunded but Square Enix won't send sony an E-mail. If my copy of ROTTR was a physical copy then could take it back from where it was purchased and at least get my money back or exchange it but it's not. All my other Games work fine. If Sony are not prepared to care about their customers in cases like this then this is betrayal to loyal gamers who spend their hard earned money in their online store.
