Question about the infamous CE-34878-0

I guess so, I re-initialized my PS4 and been playing offline for now and Uncharted 4 has been flawless for the first couple hours so I guess this was something related to No Man's Sky being glitchy or maybe my save file was damaged. I like to think that there's nothing wrong with my console but I guess there isn't, if one of the most technically advanced games works fine  and NMS isn't even all that good so I'm not worried about it that much
