PS4 White Lines ! (Display/HDMI) PLEASE HELP

White Lines on Start-Up.

For some reason when I start my PS4 it appears on with these white lines.

I have had this system for a while and have never had a problem until now.

I started it up this morning to be greeted with this.

I know its not the TV as the same things appear on another TV when I tested it.

I have done much research saying it could be the HDCP settings or firmware, however everything is up to date (V6.00).

I have also read that ***** could be a faulty a HDMI port however I have tested this on other TV ports, with different HDMI cables, with the same ending result.

I also do not believe that the port on the PS4 has worn down or broken, because as you can see in this next image, the port looks fairly modern, where by no pins can actually be pushed back or bent physically. (PCB Board)

Also, it has never been dropped or had any liquid damage.
