I'm now on my second console which stutters, lags, freezes then wipes itself requiring re-initialising. I'm currently repeating my transfer of 1.66TB for the 3rd time. If it does it again it's going back to the shop.
I unboxed my first Pro console and it creaked and cracked taking about 2 minutes to recognise a brand new disc. Then I placed another brand new disc in, again it creaked and then heard a loud crack. This disc cannot be recognised appeared, ejected the disc only to find the damage shown in pics below. Sony have said that they don't believe me!!!! I've asked them to escalate to higher management. Would be interesting to hear if anyone has had problems like this? With it looking like I'm going to get fobbed off by Sony for the disc and probably having to exchange the Pro for a third console it makes you wonder whether it's worth it!!!!!!!
