You could Telephone Support and hope to get an understanding Operator, but if they start to quote Terms and Conditions to you, you will not be getting any Refund.
You have to turn the Automatic Billing Request OFF yourself, and as you have failed to do that, then unfortunately the outcome is looking grim. Sony have it all written in Black & White.
Anyways, let us know if you manage to get a Refund.
(Terms and Conditions are a little confusing at times and the Sony Support Operator might not know what he/she is doing, you might just get a Refund with luck).
