So I tripped over my PS4 wire while it was in rest mode today, and the console unplugged. Instead of getting the usual error code today I'm getting ''Cannot start the PS4. Connect DS4 using the USB cable and press the start button.'' After doing so, I get another message that says: Connect a USB storage device that has an update for reinstallation version 4.07 or higher.''. After I do so it can NEVER recognize the file, even in the PS4 -> UPDATE file. I need help please. I just got the PS4 and I really hope nothing is erased either. Its a Slim model.
