Hi so I tried to purchase Modern Warfare Remastered through the Infinite Warfare game menu. It seemed to work to begin with (asking me if I'd prefer to play online or off so they could prioritise and allow the other to download in the background.) After I selected this and tried to download it, I was informed I'd need to delete something to free up some space. I went into Storage Settings and deleted some things. Nothing happened, so I went back to the game menu, and it now looks like the game thinks I have already installed it, giving me the option to play it. But when I try to open it it tells me "Cannot find the application. Do you want to look in Playstation Store?" When I try to search for Modern Warfare Remastered in Playstation Store to download, I am told "Not available for purchase". When I click "Tell me more" I am told the reason is "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): You do not own: MW1 Remastered Token." If I go into my Library, I can see it under 'Purchased', with the down arrow on the bottom right, not sure what this indicates. When I try to open it to Download, I see Overview: Check back soon! I even tried deleting Infinite Warfare and re-installing from scratch. No difference. I have paid for it and have been invoiced for the amount. Infinite Warfare seems to think I have already got it so doesn't give me any options other than attempt to load it. The Playstation store won't let me download it because I don't have a token(?) And it's sitting in my Purchased folder unable to download. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
