Can someone please help I have tried updating my ps4 for last two days via ps4 and Internet it all seems to be doing fine reaches 100% then restarts and have the same message connect dual shock 4 using the usb I do that and the same message again and again update 3.55 available I've done this 40 times if not more also done via pc and usb updated but same thing same message I can not get on ps4 at all 😟
