IMO this happens when you start playing a very buggy/glitchy game on excisting firmware. At first it will be OK untill the firmware is updatet, and the error occures. So now you need the game develloper to update the game because it no longer works with the current firmware as intended. Thats if its a game that the develloper is still working on/updating to match the firmware. If not you have to put your trust in SONY to update the firmware, and hope this can solve the problem? So save yourself all the re-installing/initialising/re-building/re-configuring, and a lot of heartship, and move on, or just keep cool. NB. dont listen to me! IDK what im talking about!
