I keep getting an upload error whenever I try to upload a clip on YouTube. I've already deleted all my upload and download history but still get this ps4 error ce-33096-1. Nothing is wrong with my connection I'm able to play online and watch PS Vue normally and I am logged in on my YouTube account on the app. I've even reset my ps4 and router but still get the same problem.
