Try these methods I made it by myself
1 - Download the game from PlayStation Store, if it did give you the same error, cancel and delete then go to the library, choose the game that you want to download, 50% it works. If it's not try the other method
2- Go to the Downloads then press on view error details then try to download the game again, put it on pause then press on downloading file, resume or [Download NOW], this one 100% worked with me.
