,I just is the starting experiencing this exact problem I can't even load my friends list through my phone when using my phone network instead of my wifi. This is clearly a PlayStation network problem and they need to get their ***** together, this is goddamn ridiculous. I'm tired of paying so much money for ***** that doesn't work
