UI Lag/ System beeping 3 times and taking more than usual on shutdown (How to Prevent)

Ive rebuilt the data base 3 times in total uptil now and ive had the PS4 for about a month.

And thank you for your suggestion, I'll try logging out before I shut it down and I'll see how it goes :)
