By connecting the original drive to a PC, you've basically lost all the data on the drive. Linux and Windows will auto-repair the MBR because they believe it's corrupt. Orbis (the PS4's OS) uses an encrypted file system that no other OS supports, for obvious reasons. The PS4 the drive came from will now view it as a blank drive in need of formatting. So, no, there is no way to recover the data.
