I so wish there was but it would seem not. Stating the obvious to me and surely eveyone else over and over again is really starting to grate now. PLEASE Sony include an option in a future update to turn it off, or at least make it a single line along the bottom. I don't need a pop-up bar telling me the same thing everytime I stop moving the cursor for a couple of seconds.
