I get this too, most notably when the game launches initially although it settles down when the game reaches the main menu screen. Most, if not all, PS4 Pro's seem to demonstrate some degree of buzzing / coil whine when the system is under load. The only time I've really noticed it though is when launching Mass Effect Andromeda. Once into the game it settles down though and you would need to be playing in near silence to notice. Sony don't consider this an issue either and a replacement will more than likely behave in the same way so I wouldn't worry about it. It's likely due to the architecture design of the GPU rather than a faulty unit.
