Indeed, it's still going on (at least for me as well). I've tried to update Horizon Zero Dawn, FFXV, Nioh, the Withcer 3, and more to no avail. Hopefully the PSN guys are working on this hard. Because, while it doesn't exactly hinder you from playing games, it is annoying knowing that you may not have some of the latest stuff.
