Hello Recently my console began turning off by itself though I believe it is really dusty inside I am unable to open it because I lack the proper equipment. It also makes really loud noises from the fan area though no red lights. Though recently it has began working smoothly there is a major problem. Whenever I turn it on it is as if I have just bought it and it asks me to set it up again. At first it retained all my saved data even after doing the settings again but now all the users on the console have been deleted. And also it appears that all my game data has been wiped. Whenever the console goes completely off and comes on again it asks you to set up the language, wi-fI, and everything else Ito asks in the beginning the only thing it retains are the games downloaded and that have been played, anything that was previously being downloaded and any user created after the set up Please help
