I have deleted my account, don't know my username or password but PSN plus may still be active

I have created numerous accounts with numerous email address's and passwords and forgot them all, I have recently deleted all accounts but i am worried PlayStation network plus automatic renewal was active on them 1. How would I find out if PSN plus automatic renewal is still active 2. How would I cancel it without any account details
