Internet connection

I use a LAN connection on my ps4 and everything goes good, I can use PSN correctly and other devices by WIFI. But it´s 1 device specifically (1 laptop) that when it´s connected to WIFI, makes my PSN not connect. It doesn´t even recognize that it´s connected to internet. I can still use other devices, but the PS4 doesn´t work... any suggestions? Thanks in advance...
