From how you described it, I can't imagine any circumstance that it would cause offence.
If it had been reported and removed, you'd have had an email warning.
Basically, if a reasonable person would consider it appropriate to show to a child, it should be fine.
I'd say it's probably safe to put back up, but if you are worried, wait a couple of days. If you don't see any emails from playstation regarding it, it was most likely just a bug (which I tend to think it most likely is).
