PS4 won't view screenshots half the time
I have the same issue viewing screenshots sent to me by friends and also sometimes when I click the screen shot my ps4 with say cannot read disc and if it does not view the screen shot it will not show...

That only works if the Account has an active PS Plus on automatic upload or manually saved to the Cloud. No PS Plus, No saved file on the Cloud

You'd need to ring customer support, though any refunds would be made to your wallet if you were eligible (partially downloaded probably negates that) and not to your funding source.

@Srtd2005 Utterly incorrect. You can play other digital games/disk games quite happily while downloading. Now streaming stuff may be affected due to bandwidth ofc but there's no reason you cannot game....
