This is still very much an issue and I would like to delete all my notifications. So many annoying messages from people trying to hookup and no I do not want to block my messages because it helps...

Have you tried with the Sony App Store or Web Page Store. Only need to add them to the basket and pay. Then download from the Library on PS4
