System Software 5.00 Headset issues
Unfortunately my headset stopped working since 5.03 before that i had all sounds on my creative 3d sigma :(. Now i do have sound Just nog voice-acting or party chat when all audio goes through the headset. It does this in all games without exception. Restarted PS4 tried switching audio streams turned off autoswitching nothing seems tot work. :(
I do hope this gets fixed soon...

To change your profile picture just go on the app click on your profile then edit profile
And boom change profile picture should be right there..bare in mind your avatar and your profile picture are both seperate things..
Avatar is for gaming
Profiler is for social

Ps4 dualshock AIMING/MOVING glitch
Right now my guy and I are having the same issues. Which are a pain in the ass when you are trying to play Dark Souls 3. We've found that so far of you've got the controller directly plugged into the system it doesn't glitch. Which sucks but if you have a long enough cord you should be fine til they fix the issue. As far as Bluetooth interference I turned my phone's Bluetooth off and it still glitched out.

Should be taking you to the NA forum. But those are basically the options. Live chat is probably the best option for it. The forum will be the NA user based forum who can't give you refunds (might be able to help with a phone number though).
