Can anyone help me. I have just bought COD WWII put the disc in the console. It started downloading v 1.08 of the game. Approx. 11.5gb. Once downloaded I selected start on the installation and it just sits there.
I took out the disc and put it back in it then tells me it is copying v1.00 of the application approx 9gb.
The COD WWII tile on the front screen sits with a pause symbol on there and won't launch the game or let the game or install the update.
Am I doing something wrong here? Pics below if this helps

I'd wait for the main disc install to complete then click to install the patch. You may need to delete all saved game data from the first attempted install etc.. as it may have borked slightly.

I've asked the question, if you can hold fire I'll get back soon as I hear.
Failing that, I could tell you the most horrible part and go through some of the safe mode options.
Rebuild DB etc.. If that doesn't fix, a reinitialisation will essentially factory reset and could see if that sorts it.

PS4 microphone not working
I bought new headphones because I thought it ws my headphones which were the problem because I could hear everyone but noone could here me .. when I bought my new headphones it's the same thing when I try to go to <settings <audio devices < input device .. it says none even tho I have a mic and when I go to Adjust Microphone Level it's grayed out and in the party beside my Microphone symbol there's a red exclamation mark someone pls help :(

PS4 Pro Black Screen Issue! Demand answer from Sony!
Same random black screen issues with ps4 PRO and Samsung mu8000 TV. Never happened with the old ps4 on the same TV. I use the provided cable. HDMI link work just fine, and I use game mode on the TV. Has anyone received any recognition of the problem from Sony? Or are we just screwed

PS4 System Software Update 5.00 [03/10/17]
Ever since this update I've been having nothing but issues. Network issues in particular. I've been managing all the issues pretty well with work arounds, but now my PS4 is just about useless. It's been getting slower and slower, and now doesn't have any network over wifi. I know this is strictly an issue with my PS4, as ALL of my other devices have no network issues what so ever. Thank you for bricking my PS4. Is there some kind of lawsuit that's been started about this? I mean if Sony put out an update that breaks half of their customers consoles, to the point they have to go out and buy another one...

So I just got mine back after all this and it looks like a brand new console. It basically took a week for them to get it and a week to send it back. It was all through the holidays aswell. Everything was free of charge and I can finally hop back on to my *****. To anyone else still wondering, I would send it in as soon as I could. My dumbass waited 3 months before I contacted them and they still fixed it.
